Not worth the cost

Bed was comfortable enough and bedding was clean, the host was very nice

The whole place felt gross, the bathroom wasn’t clean and the floors looked gross. I didn’t really want to touch anything in there and kept my shoes on the whole time.

La casa es acogedora!!

Éramos 5 personas y pagamos $155.282 por 2 noches y 3 días, por lo que esperábamos encontrar el lugar en condiciones adecuadas de limpieza, higiene, funcionamiento y con los elementos necesarios para la cantidad de huéspedes. Lamentablemente, al llegar el viernes por la noche encontramos varios problemas: La frazada de la cama matrimonial tenía una mancha de sangre. Encontramos también una toalla con sangre. Al llegar solamente había 2 toallas para 5 personas. Faltaban cubiertos para la cantidad de huéspedes y los cubiertos disponibles estaban sucios. Una sábana de la cama de plaza y media tenía un olor desagradable. El baño no estaba limpio. La cañería del baño estaba tapada y, al bañarnos, el agua salía por la otra cañería. La ducha no funcionaba correctamente, ya que el agua salía en chorros gruesos, dificultando poder bañarse adecuadamente. En la cocina funcionaba solamente una hornalla. Durante la estadía informé algunos de estos inconvenientes a la anfitriona. Ella me cambió la toalla y me llevó los cubiertos que faltaban, pero esto no solucionó todos los problemas de higiene, limpieza y mantenimiento que encontramos en el alojamiento. Considero que, por el importe abonado de $155.282 por 2 noches y 3 días, las condiciones del lugar no fueron acordes al precio pagado ni a lo esperado de un alojamiento reservado a través de Booking. La presencia de manchas de sangre en ropa de cama y toallas, la falta de limpieza, los problemas en el baño y los desperfectos de la cocina afectaron significativamente nuestra estadía. Por este motivo, solicito que se revise mi caso y se considere una compensación o devolución parcial del importe abonado, teniendo en cuenta todos los inconvenientes mencionados. Quedo a la espera de una respuesta y una solución. Saludos.
