The location is convenient if you like this part of Larnaca. The view from the sitting room window is lovely.

The apartment is managed by a property management company. It is clear the host does not keep an eye on the property as it is very poorly maintained. 1. The aircon. There are 3 units. On arrival, only the one in the lounge was working but could not be adjusted in any way - a very strong cold blast of air or nothing. The unit in the bedroom was fixed on the 2nd day but had to share a confusing remote with the sitting room. The 3rd unit was partially fixed but as it is 25 years old, it could only be turned on at the switch hidden behind the heavy wooden bed, and it could not be adjusted. 2. The beds: The sprung mattresses are very old and worn out. Incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on as you could feel the springs. The sofa beds (despite gap between the two sections you lie on!) were more comfortable and my son, despite having to navigate the aircon for the first two days. 3. The cleaning: Very poor - we found a huge amount of dust and debris including glass and an old cloth from under beds and behind doors. Not cleaning here with hard flooring is ridiculous, as dust is blown about constantly. Before arrival I asked for it to be cleaned properly due to another review I had seen and as I am allergic to dust - I was told it would be cleaned but to bring my medicine! Providing a hoover for guests would be helpful to more effectively keep dust at bay. The floor, table and other surfaces had not been cleaned after previous guests and I had to scrub off things like old tomato ketchup and general grime. 4. Other issues: leaking toilet (later fixed), broken shower head holder (never fixed), disgusting kettle, dirty-looking armchairs, an unusable balcony because the aircon condenser blasts hot air directly onto where you would sit, the list went on. It was exhausting. Responses were relatively prompt, but we really suffered for the first two days while we waited for aircon to be fixed and in general it was not a comfortable stay.

Det levede på ingen måde op til forventningerne ift billederne. Nøglen var knækket, udendørsmøbler var ødelagte og flere skuffer i køkkenet var skæve. Vi endte med at finde et andet sted at overnatte

Przede wszystkim lokalizacja, do plaży 5 minut, bary, restauracje również w zasięgu ręki. Piękny widok z balkonu, świetny basen - choć szkoda, że czynny tylko do 19.

Stary wystrój, meble już kwalifikują się do wymiany aczkolwiek jest czysto i to najważniejsze.

Die Lage war super, der Wohnkomplex liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade ist dennoch ruhig. Das Apartment hat einen tollen Meerblick. Die Austattung der Wohnung war ok. Badetücher waren genug vorhanden, sogar Sonnenschirme gabs gratis.

Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen (sieht man an den Möbeln, Türrahmen...)
