Sea & Sand is a beautiful villa with stunning ocean views and plenty of space for our large family group. We really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the main areas of Santorini, and the quieter location gave us a lovely opportunity to relax and spend quality time together as a family.
Communication with Maria and Yiannis, both before and throughout our stay, was outstanding. They were always friendly, responsive and quick to assist with any questions or concerns, even arranging a replacement TV during our stay. They also organised all of our transfers and assisted us with car hire, which we really appreciated.
The villa was very well equipped for a large group, with plenty of cooking and dining supplies. The two pools were great and cleaned daily, and the ocean views were absolutely breathtaking.
Maria and Yiannis also provided some great local recommendations. We particularly enjoyed dinner at Drunken Fish, just at the end of the street, which was one of our favourite meals of the trip.
Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality, excellent communication and genuine efforts made by Maria and Yiannis throughout our stay.
There were a few maintenance issues and some advertised amenities that unfortunately weren't available or working as expected during our stay. However, Maria and Yiannis were very responsive whenever we contacted them and genuinely did their best to address our concerns, which we appreciated.
The location was both a positive and a negative for us. We loved being away from the busy main areas of Santorini, but you do need transport to make the most of the location. We would definitely recommend hiring a car or quad bike. Thankfully, Maria and Yiannis were very helpful with organising our transfers and car hire, which made getting around much easier.

The supermarkets are 10 min away by car.
This is a very nice place to relax and disconnect from everything.
Totally recommend it.

The property was a three bedrooms and two bedrooms villa with a one bedroomed apartment. We were there for a multi generational family holiday and wedding. The Villas were beautiful and well equipped with plenty of outside space two pools and lots of bathrooms. Vera our house keeper came in every day and was very attentive.Beautiful views over the sea and countryside and very peaceful.
There was nothing we didn’t like but you need a car.
