Penlan is a peaceful woodland site.
57 is well kept, clean, warm and comfortable.
We only stayed for 2 nights but would definitely book again for a longer stay.
After turning the water on in the property on arrival, we still had a no water for 24 hours.
Most properly not the fault of the owners or site.

Lovely chalet, very peaceful. Really nice space inside in a lovely location.
No water for half a day meant we could not flush the loo and I had to push for solutions. I feel there should have been more help during that time. The smoke alarm failed while we were there and we had a sleepless and disturbed night. Overall while it was excellent, we did not have an easy time of it and some of that could have been handled quicker and better.
It seems odd that we have not been offered a discount on our stay, especially as the lack of water was such a huge problem.
