Cozy Central Hoi An Boutique Hotel

An absolutely wonderful place with the warmest people ❤️ Some places are special because of their location or facilities, but others are truly unforgettable because of the people who make them what they are. Cozy definitely belongs to the second category. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with incredible warmth, kindness and genuine care. The whole team is exceptionally friendly, attentive and generous, always going the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at home. Their hospitality is truly outstanding, and you can feel that they put their hearts into everything they do. A very special mention goes to Kathy, the wonderful manager, whose kindness, professionalism and personal attention made my stay even more memorable. She genuinely cares about her guests, takes the time to make sure everything is perfect, and makes you feel less like a customer and more like a friend. Her recommendations and thoughtful little touches really make a difference. And then there is Chef Nguyễn Ánh Nuyện, an incredibly talented chef! The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with care, passion and real culinary talent. Every meal was another reason to appreciate this place. You can taste the dedication behind the cooking, and I hope his talent receives all the recognition it deserves. If you stay at Cozy, make sure you enjoy the food — you won’t regret it! What touched me most was the genuine human connection. In a world where hospitality can sometimes feel impersonal, Cozy reminds you what it is really all about: making people feel welcome, appreciated and part of something special. Knowing that the owner and team have worked so hard to rebuild and restore the place after last year’s devastating floods makes their dedication even more admirable. You can feel the love, resilience and effort behind Cozy, and I sincerely hope they continue to thrive. If you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep in Hoi An, stay at Cozy.

We experienced difficulties in checking in as the hotel was unable to process card payments- so we unexpectedly had to find an ATM and secure cash for a 4 night stay. What we especially liked were the amazing Vietnamese breakfasts specially prepared for us by the hotel's chef who was exceptional!

The swimming pool wasn't very nice, nor was being overlooked by the hotel opposite.

We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Central Hoi An Boutique Hotel. The room was newly renovated, beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We slept really well! The breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is also great — close to Hoi An Ancient Town, so it’s easy to walk around and explore, while still being in a peaceful area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to Cozy when visiting Hoi An again.
