I wouldn't go back

It wasn't far from the Utilita arena which was the point of my visit. The freedom to do my own thing but I could have done that anywhere.

The kitchen tap lever comes off. The extractor fan on the wall is stained brown. The door frame is not fitted to the wall and I can put my hand behind it. The key to the outside door needs a really hard push to insert it in the lock. There is no heater in the lounge area. The free parking is take your chance with everyone else on the road

5 / 10

Very limited basic amenities. Clean enough but I would not stay there again not worth £55

Location

Very old tv’s , bed very uncomfortable, springs going , shower door hanging off runners , loose tap in kitchen , clock just left on the floor . No heating . Wall heater in bedroom does not work . Not worth £55 !

Private and clean property with everything you need for a short stay in Birmingham

Property is private with plenty of space for 1-2 people. Very clean and all the utilities you need (full kitchen and utensils). Not far from city centre, just a short 10 min bus ride away

Some noise from the street and next door but very limited
