This whole situation was extremely frustrating.

I made a reservation through the Booking.com app, but when I tried to check in, I was unable to do so because my booking overlapped with another customer’s reservation. This caused me a great deal of inconvenience. I called countless times and was transferred back and forth to deal with several persons in charge (PICs). In the end, since I couldn’t check in, I requested a refund and honestly felt like I had to beg for it. Fortunately, there was a staff member named Marha who helped me and made the refund process easier. This whole situation was extremely frustrating.

Okay but..

the view, the ACs are working well, the pillow case and comforter smells very nice. if you are looking for very basic place to sleep and to shower, you can consider this place. if you are a picky type of person, don't. the person manage this place won't answer your questions till the day you check in and after you sent a complaint to booking.com and asking if they are scammers. they will reply you right away. The good thing is the instructions are clear and you won't get lost if you followed them and you will find your apartment.

-The bed frame needs to be changed, it's broken on the bottom, -the mattress needs to be changed, i feel itchy every time i sleep on it -the sofa is dirty - the wallpaper is torn - the microwave is rusty
