Pros: Staff absolutely phenomenal, knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. Location is extremely accessible to local transit.
Cons property is older, unfinished in lists of parts, 5th floor room with no elevator and the other guests extremely rude. They complained about everything we did said we made too much noise, left water on the floor, things we did not do. This rating is not a reflection on the host themselves they were wonderful but we were made to feel so uncomfortable we ended our stay early and left.

Great location, quiet and peaceful away from central Madrid but still within a 25min leisurely stroll to Puerta del Sol. Brothers Carlos and Alberto were very generous with their time and, after a long journey from Cádiz, I was super pleased that they were happy to receive me although I was 2 hours early than my expected arrival time.

L’emplacement était idéal pour nous. L’hôte était très sympathique et arrangeant. Les parties communes (cuisine et salle de bain) étaient toujours propres.
Le sol n’avait pas été lavé, il était très poussiéreux, pas possible de marcher pieds nus. Un des lits était à ressort et très peu confortable et bruyant. La cloison avec la chambre d’à côté n’était qu’une simple porte fenêtre vitrée ce qui n’isole par conséquent pas énormément.
