The employee who checked us in…October 11, 2026, was super friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to get our Bonvoy points in the system, provide very quiet rooms as we had an early flight the next morning. She also provided several dining options for that evening.

I liked that it was close to the highway, food places and Walmart.
There was hair in the shower upon our arrival. This hotel has been trying to charge my card for different amounts since before I checked in. I paid the $140.74 but I have had $120, $270 and $440 try to come out of my account. The only thing that saved me is the fact that my card is locked every day. I have talked to two people and no one seems to be able to help me. I had to cancel my card and order a new one which is very inconvenient. Who knew that a quick stay would cause so much trouble? There communication needs to improve.
