A deeply disappointing and stressful stay, made worse by the property management’s refusal to take responsibility despit

This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had booking an accommodation. When my family arrived at the property, we found bugs throughout the accommodation, as well as lizards inside. We immediately took videos and photos documenting the conditions and contacted the property management company. Initially, they were sympathetic and acknowledged the seriousness of the situation. They even advised us to find a hotel for the night and indicated that they would cover the cost. However, three days later—after they had ample time to clean and address the problem—they suddenly claimed that they had found no evidence of bugs, despite the clear video and photographic evidence we had already provided. Given the condition in which we found the property, there was absolutely no way we were going to return with our family. I was even willing to accept a reasonable cancellation penalty in order to resolve the matter fairly. Instead, the company effectively insisted that we either stay at the property or receive no refund whatsoever. Their handling of the situation was completely unacceptable. I was ultimately left with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and that investigation is still pending. I am extremely disappointed with the property management company and equally disappointed with how Booking.com handled the situation. A guest who arrives at an accommodation that is clearly not in an acceptable condition should not have to fight this hard for a reasonable resolution. Based on this experience, I would be very reluctant to book through Booking.com again.

The property was not clean or suitable for our family upon arrival. We found bugs throughout the accommodation and even lizards inside, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unable to stay there.

Nice and quiet place

Nice location, close to the pool etc. Had no neighbour so it was quiet, spacious place.

The bed was terribly soft, too soft basically did not sleep week for entire stay. The ac works fine but when it activates is super loud as it is inside. I had no kitchen paper, and only 1 toilet paper for 3 weeks is not a very nice experience.
