Cannot Recommend this accommodation

The apartment has a great central location, and the self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Communication with the host was slow and unreliable. On our first night, the apartment was extremely cold, and there was no heating or any electric heater available. When we asked if it was possible to provide a portable heater or another solution, the only response we received was that the weather would be warmer the next day, which was not helpful at all. The cleanliness of the apartment was also below the standard we expected. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

Good luck to the host with such an attitude toward clients.

The apartment itself is large, spacious, clean and located in a very good area. However, the overall experience was disappointing.

For four guests staying two nights there were only two rolls of toilet paper, and there was no shower gel or shampoo AT ALL. These are very basic hygiene items that guests usually expect. We wrote to the host about this but received no reply. KEEP IN MIND! If you don’t check out at 11 am, she will come exactly at 11 to check whether you checked out or not, and then she’ll give you the fine 15 Euro if you did not. The four of us were walking toward the elevator, and at that moment the host came out of it. No hello, no apology for the situation — nothing. On a Sunday, we had to run around trying to find open shops, and in Poland most shops are closed on Sundays. The few that were open did not even sell basic items like shower gel or shampoo. The host pretended she was not the owner, walked past us, and slowly headed toward the apartment. Then she took out her phone and acted as if she was scrolling, not even approaching her own apartment door until we had all entered the elevator. In a situation that could have been easily resolved with a simple apology, she chose to ignore us. The whole “performance” we witnessed — walking slowly, pretending to be on the phone, waiting for us to leave — said everything about this stay. Overall, the apartment itself is nice, but the lack of basic amenities and the host’s attitude made the stay uncomfortable. If such items are not provided, it should be clearly stated in the description. Good luck to the host with such an attitude toward clients.

Very good!

The location was perfect!
