WARNING! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!

I did not like anything about the property!

I was not impressed at all with any part of the property or experience. I was already turned off upon booking when I was notified only AFTER booking my non refundable stay that there was construction going on and there was no easy access to our room nor was there any close parking. Once we got there, there was a long muddy, dirt road we had to walk down to get to a long path of giant steps to even get to our room. Upon entering the room, it was clear that everything was very old and needed updating. What I also didn’t like was the fact that we were once again informed after booking, that the water was unsafe to drink. There was supposed to be water bottles provided for us in the closet and there wasn’t. There was a water dispenser, however my husband and I were concerned about using the glasses if they are washed with the bad water we shouldn’t be using. Also, after one night of staying there, we were woken up by the very loud construction work before 8am. I’m on vacation (for my birthday) and I can’t even sleep in because of construction work. A bit crazy. Again, was made aware of the construction after booking the NON REFUNDABLE stay. After be awoken by the annoying construction, we discovered that we had NO power. Trying to get ready in a dark bathroom with no windows isn’t enjoyable at all. It seemed like it was just one thing after another. Very disappointing overall!!! This was supposed to be a relaxing, enjoyable vacation away to celebrate my birthday. The money we spent was not worth what we got. I would NEVER recommend this property to anyone!!! The customer service they offer to address issues isn’t very helpful either. It’s very slow and sometimes didn’t receive any answers. I do not recommend this property to anyone!

La vista non ripaga il disastro dell’appartamento

La vista è la posizione. Inoltre l’appartamento è davvero grande

a parte la vista e la grandezza dell’appartamento nulla di positivo da dire. il riscaldamento non funzionava. le tapparelle erano rotte. asciugamani e lenzuola vecchie e tante cose davvero inutilizzabili. poi l’acqua non potabile è stata una tragedia
