Bem localizado mas sem condições básicas anunciadas

O apartamento está bem localizado. Tem ar condicionado que é essencial.

Mas efetivamente não tem as condições anunciadas. Não tem TV, não nos foi disponibilizado senha WIFI, mesmo tendo sido solicitado várias vezes, não tem secador, que também foi pedido várias vezes. A cozinha tem o básico mas não tem um forno/microondas que facilitaria as refeições rápidas. Durante 4 dias dos 5 da nossa estadia, ao chegar ao apartamento no fim da tarde, não tivemos água nem electricidade durante mais de uma hora, ou seja não conseguiamos tomar banho para sair para jantar. Não teve as condições anunciadas sequer.

Buena estancia.

La ubicación del apartamento, pudimos encontrar aparcamiento fácil y cerca de donde estábamos. Al lado teníamos un supermercado que también se agradece. Está ubicado al centro del pueblo, las tiendas y restaurantes quedan a pocos minutos andando.

No pudimos cocinar, no había la instalación del extractor, si hubiéramos cocinado, la habitación hubiese olido mucho a la comida. Estaba montado, pero la salida del aire no estaba puesta, solo había los agujeros en el armario, no estaba acabado.

Extrêmement décevant

Le seul point positif : la vue depuis la terrasse. Sans elle, ce logement ne vaut franchement pas grand-chose. Pour le prix, c’est un service minimum, malhonnête, mal isolé, mal équipé.

Le logement est annoncé pour trois personnes. En réalité, la troisième dort sur un lit de camp. Littéralement. Pour le tarif, c’est déjà inacceptable, et malheureusement ce n’est que le début. Aucun équipement digne de ce nom : pas de cafetière, pas de télévision (alors qu’elle est mentionnée), seulement deux assiettes, deux verres, deux fourchettes, deux couteaux… pour trois personnes. Pas de torchon, pas d’éponge, pas de savon, pas de produit vaisselle. Aucun cintre dans la penderie, malgré de nombreux rangements. Résultat : nous avons dû acheter nous-mêmes une éponge, du produit vaisselle, des cintres et du film alimentaire juste pour pouvoir vivre normalement. Aucun mobilier de jardin : on a dû sortir la table de la cuisine dehors pour profiter de la terrasse, ce qui gêne visiblement les voisins. Et pour finir, pas de poubelle dans le logement. Il faut descendre à chaque déchet au local poubelle au rez-de-chaussée. À défaut, on a dû se contenter d’un seau à ménage avec un sac plastique. La salle de bain, elle, semble avoir été faite à la va-vite : joints mal finis, non nettoyés, douche mal posée, bidet sans joint, sèche-cheveux mentionné mais inexistant. En bonus : panne de chauffe-eau pendant le séjour. Heureusement qu’on avait un plombier parmi nous, sinon c’était douche froide tous les jours. L’isolation phonique est catastrophique : on entend absolument tout. Les voisins de droite, ceux de gauche, les chaises qui raclent le sol, les conversations, même les réveils matinaux. Et pour couronner le tout : remontées d’égout dans le kajibi. Charmant. Propreté douteuse à l’arrivée : cheveux un peu partout. L’accueil ? Présent, mais impersonnel. On nous a demandé 51 €, ce qui correspondait à la taxe de séjour ainsi qu’aux draps et serviettes. En tant que touristes, nous n’avons pas la possibilité de voyager avec nos draps ou nos serviettes. Il serait donc logique que ces éléments soient inclus dans le prix, et non facturés en supplément. Et le parking ?

La ubicación del apartamento, pudimos encontrar aparcamiento fácil y cerca de donde estábamos. Al lado teníamos un supermercado que también se agradece. Está ubicado al centro del pueblo, las tiendas y restaurantes quedan a pocos minutos andando.
