Terrible! Way to expensive and poor customer service! Do not book this!

Location was okay

We are absolutely not satisfied with the accommodation. First of all, the place hadn’t been cleaned on our arrival date, which meant we couldn’t check in at 2:00 PM as planned. As a result, our little son wasn’t able to take his afternoon nap, which was very inconvenient. We were told that cleaning would be ready around 4:00/4:30 PM, but that also turned out not to be the case. Around 4:10 PM, we returned to the apartment and spent about half an hour trying to let the cleaner in, as he was at the back of the building and couldn’t open the door there. We then left again to give him space to clean. When we returned about an hour later, he was not finished yet. As a result, we couldn’t start cooking, even though the children were hungry. The young man probably did his best, but the kitchen and bathroom sink still weren’t properly clean. On the second day, when we returned from the beach and wanted to take a shower, we discovered that the shower drain wasn’t working properly, causing the entire bathroom to flood. On top of that, the handle of the kitchen window was loose, and so was the air conditioning hose. All of this has led us to decide to check out early, although we booked 2 nights—something we’ve never done before—but we really found this unacceptable. Especially considering we paid nearly €500 for just two nights. This is simply not okay. We filed a formal complaint, and the host replied with an apology and assured us they would make it right with us. But they didn’t and did not even reply anymore to my last messages. Absolutely not recommended to stay here!!

Great location

The location was excellent, right between the town and the beach. The apartment was simple but clean.

There was no Wi-Fi in the apartment which wasn’t clearly stayed when selecting the room. The elevator was very small, and there was no accessible staircase as an alternative.

ESPERIENZA TERRIFICANTE
