Casa accogliente, curata in ogni dettaglio e arredata con gusto, dove non manca davvero nulla e ci si sente subito come a casa propria. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e confortevoli, i letti comodi e la cucina ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri. La pulizia è impeccabile.
Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente la proprietaria, gentile, premurosa e sempre disponibile, che dimostra grande attenzione verso i propri ospiti, informandosi anche su eventuali intolleranze o allergie alimentari per garantire una colazione adatta alle esigenze di ciascuno.
La posizione è ottima, con collegamenti ai mezzi pubblici che permettono di spostarsi comodamente.
Una struttura che unisce comfort, pulizia e ospitalità autentica. Soggiorno davvero piacevole, assolutamente consigliata!
Essendo un palazzo antico non era presente l'ascensore.
Aprendo le finestre entrano le zanzare, cosa di cui ci aveva avvisato la proprietaria e ci ha fornito gentilmente racchetta per le zanzare e piastrine anti zanzare.

Casa Maki ha superado mis expectativas. Camas muy cómodas y grandes, cocina y baño nuevos. Apartamento muy acogedor, no le falta de nada. Muy buena comunicación con la estación de tren, autobús y tranvía. Pamela nos ha atendido al instante, es una anfitriona maravillosa. Volvería a alojarme en su casa. Gracias Pamela.

A fantastic place to stay, whether you're visiting Florence for vacation or work. It offers real value for money—a fully equipped apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Most importantly, Pamela, the host, is incredibly helpful and responsive.
My only suggestion would be to improve the internet connection. While I understand that might not be a priority for vacationers, it made working from the apartment a bit challenging for me.
