Horrible.

⚠️WARNING⚠️ don’t book this place! We had to book another place because the place is not matching with the description. The host is ignoring the fact this place should not even be rented. If you try to contact him, he blocks you.

1: toilet was leaking. The room was full of water 2: moisture and mold. 3: no tv as mentioned 4: the whole place was extremely dirty 5: the owner doesn’t reply at all 6: The wifi router is on the floor. So just imagine if the water would touch the cables.. 7: this owner is sucking money out of people’s pocket. Just imagine you are living with the money of people you are scamming. It’s a big shame. Oh yeah, most important thing in this heat in Cancun: the AC is NOT WORKING! ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

If I spend a lot of time at the hotel on vacation I chose the wrong destination.

The location and value were great. It was better than I expected then I expected for the price. I would definitely stay there again, at the price i paid. It had a balcony, a loft and kitchen.

I never found out what the wifi password was. I couldnt find it written anywhere, and I didnt get a reply when I requested it via email. The toilet ran continuously until I fixed it. The balcony was very narrow.

Rundown, rotting hole.

View from balcony, looking out. Not worth your money.

Dirty floors, no housekeeping, runout of clean towels and toilet paper. Broken toilet seat, clogged sink since day one. Not friendly owner. Old cabinets with mold on it. No closets. No towel hangers or towel racks. Broken door lock. Kitchen sink useless.
