A disaster that went worse.

I liked the short distance to the airport as I was to crash for a good sleep unexpeted for 6 hours due to flight delay.

When the apartment is online for selection via mobile at 10pm you would expect bedsheets and towels for a 1 night booking. The owner was via WhatsApp much focused on getting the 6€ city tax than informing me that the place is not suitable. Upon arrival at 23:45pm, I discovered that there is no bedsheet or towel. I contacted the owner, but there was no more response. Very tired I decided still to sleep. A couple of hours later I woke up. Something crawling - cockroached. The night was over and I thought to document. The shower full with fungus, poor maintained. more roaches in many places. kitchen window at lower floor broken and coulod not be locked. Without shower or good sleep I returned to the airport!

Apartment ok but be aware of customer service

Central location Felt safe

We arrived at night. Directions to find exact apartment could be more clear (it's on the bottom floor as you enter the block, windows half way under the ground). Needed a place to stay for two nights before heading for Rome. Now a big MINUS to host. I am used to British customer service which is on a very high level so was shocked of how we were treated by the host. My check out time was Sunday, between 12.00-13.00 as stated by booking. Host woke me up with a text at 8.33 am that day asking what time I was going to be out. I replied that before 13.00. She texted back that check out time is at 11 am. I contacted booking.com and checkedmy booking policy and it clearly stated 12-13. I screenshoted time and sent it to host. She replied: "At 12. No layer. Will be there the guy for clean. Don't let wait him. Thanks". It really got on my nerves as cleaning arrangements are not any of the customer business. I paid and I do not want to be bothered by anybody during my stay and I do not wish to be asked to vacant the property before I can legally do so. I contacted customer service again and asked them to speak to host directly, explaining terms and conditions as she was clearly not aware of them. I also texted host again repeating I will leave before 13.0 and that I shall report it to customer service. She texted again: "seniora no. At 12. Will come the guy. For clean". She also threatened me to report me for breaking the wall!!!! Only because I couldn't remove my broken electric connector and I let her know the day before (she said to leave it, buy after I was threatened I took it out myself). She also said that she was going to check if I leave an apartment clean and that she was going to take photos and report me if it was not. Just to mention an apartment was not spotlessly clean when we arrived, for the price we paid they should have at least provided hand soap.. She texted again giving me until 12.

Beautiful Stay

Property was clean and safe and close to everything you need, room was on the first floor only a few steps to deal with which was great . Host was amazing friendly and there to answer any questions

Being on the bottom floor sun was blocked by surrounding apartments but I’m sure when the weather gets hotter the cool place will be a bonus

Niente male, solo dei piccoli accorgimenti.

Host disponibile sempre.., ma appartamento che pecca per alcune cose. Mancano le tende sulle finestre ed essendo un appartamento posizionato mezzo piano sotto le ritengo necessarie per fare entrare la luce senza essere notati da chi passa. Devo fare un appunto molto importante per quanto riguarda la zona bagno: Box doccia rotto, porte scorrevoli appoggiate ( tant'è che chiudendole non sapevo quali reggere per prima) , scarico doccia quasi otturato e minimo indispensabile per lavarsi mani inesistente come anche un minimo di carta igienica. Consiglio di sistemare anche un piccolo ventilatore nella stanza piccola perché abbiamo dormito in 3 in camera da letto essendoci solamente un ventilatore in casa.

Host disponibile sempre.., ma appartamento che pecca per alcune cose. Mancano le tende sulle finestre ed essendo un appartamento posizionato mezzo piano sotto le ritengo necessarie per fare entrare la luce senza essere notati da chi passa. Devo fare un appunto molto importante per quanto riguarda la zona bagno: Box doccia rotto, porte scorrevoli appoggiate ( tant'è che chiudendole non sapevo quali reggere per prima) , scarico doccia quasi otturato e minimo indispensabile per lavarsi mani inesistente come anche un minimo di carta igienica. Ho trovato la casa stupenda, pulitissima oltre le mie aspettative! anche con servizio di cortesia, the, fette biscottate, caffè e marmellate che solitamente nessuno lascia senon c'è la colazione inclusa.

Un po' di difficoltà nel comunicare con il gestore della casa. L'unica cosa che migliorerei è che non c'erano i saponi per lavarci le mani e per fare la doccia.(E mancava un phon che solitamente c'è in tutte le case ) Il resto la casa è cosi bella e strapulita che mi piacerebbe tornare e stare qualche giorno in più.

Dopo diverse ore di viaggio non abbiamo trovato né la carta igienica e nemmeno una piccola bottiglia d'acqua. La doccia non è in perfette condizioni
