Location great near parramatta station and ferry. Had a designated parking on site. Beds comfortable, linen great, kitchen had good selection of plates, dishes and cutlery and a bonus of a coffee machine with pods.
There were some issues reported which were not addressed. The main bedroom tv was not working. The management company phoned me to advise before I arrived and said it would be fixed in a couple of days, it was not and I note that this complaint was made by someone back in Dec 2025 a full 9 months before. We reported there was no plug for the kitchen sink and as there wasn’t a dishwasher it was difficult to wash up the dishes. We also reported a leak somewhere around the washing machine, we switched the taps off which stopped it, but it needs fixing. On investigating this around the washing machine and laundry tub it was also clear that the cleaning in there was not very thorough. The vertical blinds in the second bedroom need fixing too. We did also reported this and I think prior customers had too.
