The Annex is perfectly situated for shops, amenities and the beach. Communications with the hosts were excellent. Ideal getaway for a couple with a dog. It’s exceptionally kept. Perfect for our requirements for a short break. We will be returning.

What a lovely little place to spend a few nights with my dog. Warm, cosy and very peaceful with everything you could need including some welcome goodies and lovely toiletries. Private parking was a huge bonus and I only used the car once as there are lots of great walks nearby plus shops, cafes and a fantastic chippy. We didn’t use the private terrace due to the weather but it would be a great space to get some fresh air in spring/summer. Thank you for letting us stay. We hope to return next year!

Really sorry but the bed was so uncomfortable so so hard I’m afraid we got very little sleep.Also the sofa was really low I think the springs have had there day🥺. It’s such a shame because it’s a really lovely place perfect location it’s got everything you could want from a holiday home and spotlessly clean . The garden furniture was lovely perfect, But we dreaded going to bed we had very little sleep. The sofa we could cope with not perfect but could get round that but not the bed and the pillows were not really very comfortable either but we used cushions. I know it’s a personal thing and probably wouldn’t bother other guests but it’s not for us. Such a shame because we was thinking about booking again in October but after the first night new it was a no no
