About this house rental

Quiet cottage, close to an equestrian center, in the middle of nature.
Greenway in the forest and tree climbing/Paintball course nearby (in summer season).
Only 10 minutes from Châtellerault, 25 minutes from Futuroscope, 40 minutes from Chinon, 50 minutes from Tours and 40 minutes from Poitiers.
On the first floor, a living room with kitchenette, bathroom with WC.
Upstairs, a large family room with a 140cm bed and a bunk bed (2x90cm).
Possibility of installing an extra bed for an additional child.
Equipment: sofa bed, TV, coffee maker and kettle, toaster, raclette machine, board games, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, oven, barbecue.
A screen has been installed in the bedroom between the children and parents part in order to offer a minimum of privacy.
Free parking spaces available.
Cleaning option: 30 euros
Bed linen is included, but NOT towels.
Breakfasts are not provided.
