Accommodates 7 adults in 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, and 1 children's room with a bunk bed and 2 small sofa beds in the living room. Fully equipped and renovated kitchen. Monitored security, alarm inside and outside the house. The space: House LITERALLY facing the sea. Wooden and masonry house of approximately 160 sqm with a double living room with American kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites, barbecue, furnished and equipped to accommodate 6 adults with an impressive sea view on a quiet beach. The house has a TV, stove, refrigerator and freezer, as well as dishes and basic kitchen utensils. It has a 24-hour monitored security system and the possibility of daily cleaning. Wi-Fi internet. The city of Guaratuba offers various restaurants, shops, hospitals, and all the infrastructure of a seaside town, such as banks, schools, hospitals, etc. It is located in Balneario Nereidas, 8 km from the center of Guaratuba, 120 km from Curitiba/Paraná, and 40 km from Joinville/Santa Catarina. Public transportation is very close to the house. The great advantage is enjoying life by the sea with an impressive landscape. Different prices apply during long holidays such as Christmas, New Year's, and Carnival. Guest Access: The guest has access to the entire house and, if preferred, can request the occasional services of a cleaning lady. Additional costs.
