"Escape by the Sea – Air-conditioned Lower Villa 2 minutes from the Beach" Accommodation of more than 100m² with a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200), a large living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200), an extra bed (in the same bedroom) 18x200, and an equipped kitchen. You will also have access to a wine cellar where you can buy and taste local wine but also great classics.
This accommodations are an outbuilding, located below a Californian villa built very recently in the popular area of Cap Brun. There is no garden accessible as this area is private.
In addition to the cicadas that will enchant your summer You will find less than 2 minutes by car, the magnificent Mourillon district with on one side, its beaches, its bars and restaurants, its pedestrian area by the sea, its playgrounds, and on the other its shops and its Provençal market.
Cap Brun is a real balcony on the bay of Toulon, offering you several magnificent coves and the possibility of walking along the Coastal Path (notice to lovers of beautiful hikes!).
10 minutes by car is the city center of Toulon, (also accessible by bus with lines 6 and 23) where you can enjoy its port, its museums, its markets, its shops without forgetting its aerial cableway which will take you to the top of Mont Faron offering you an unforgettable panoramic view of the whole city of Toulon, its harbour and its surroundings.
10 minutes to the east is also the tourist resort of Le Pradet with its 7 km of coastline and its southern town centre, the Provençal city of La Garde with its rock and shopping arcades.PGJyPg
On the other side you find the towns of Sanary-sur-Mer, Six-Fours-Les-Plages and Bandol, which are seaside towns very popular for their beaches and walks.
The major cities of Marseille and Nice are respectively 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes away.
