About this apartment rental
Private host. Our motto: Unpack your bags and make yourself at home. Comfortable 2-room vacation apartment (70 square meters) in the center of Owingen on Lake Constance in Baden-Württemberg, just 6 km from Überlingen on Lake Constance. Featuring tile and hardwood floors, a large bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed for children, a cozy living room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a large terrace with a view of the garden, as well as free parking, Wi-Fi, and a covered, lockable bike storage area. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment is located on the first floor but is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible and has a few steps. You’ll be staying centrally in the heart of town. Within 50 to 100 meters, you’ll find a bus stop, bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, pastry shop, pharmacy, doctors’ offices, restaurant, electric vehicle charging station, and a green park with a children’s playground. Enjoy a lovely atmosphere with sustainable amenities in our beautiful Lake Constance country house. Owingen is very centrally located and offers excellent amenities with everything you need for daily life. Beautiful hiking trails surround the village, along with peaceful forests and well-maintained bike paths leading all the way to Lake Constance. All popular destinations around Lake Constance and the beautiful hinterland of the Lake Constance region are easily accessible by bus, car, bicycle, or on hiking trails. Families with children are warmly welcome. In addition to the room rate, a mandatory visitor’s tax of 2.50 euros per person per day is charged for guests aged 15 and older. Included in the price are bed linens, table linens, towels, utilities, final cleaning, the “Echt-Bodensee-Card,” and a public transportation ticket. The apartment is not suitable for construction workers. Minors may only be accommodated if accompanied by a legal guardian. Long-term stays are not accepted. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Youth groups are not permitted.
