Our charming farmhouse chalet, located next to the Geigerhof farm, offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation—a place of relaxation for the whole family. Enjoy the special atmosphere of the chalet, which is right next to the small Holy Cross chapel—a true gem that’s used only occasionally for services, so there’s no regular ringing of bells to disturb you. The chalet spans two floors and is perfect for families or couples. On the first floor, you’ll find an open kitchen with a cozy dining area, an inviting living area, and a terrace with a small garden—ideal for balmy summer evenings. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a cozy sleeping loft under the sloped ceiling, and a modern bathroom. Additional amenities include free parking right next to the chalet and free Wi-Fi. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature and enjoy relaxing moments surrounded by a picturesque landscape of mountains and meadows. Our cozy chalet spans two floors and can accommodate up to four people—ideal for families, couples, or friends. On the first floor, you’ll find an open, modern kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven, an inviting dining area, and a cozy living area. From here, you have direct access to the terrace with its own small garden, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Höhenberg, the charming church, and the surrounding mountains. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a practical sleeping loft (160x200 cm) in the sloped ceiling (low ceiling height), which is suitable for both children and adults. We’re happy to provide a crib for our youngest guests. From the bedroom, you have access to a small balcony that also boasts a magnificent view of the mountains and meadows. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine rounds out the upper floor. This charming vacation home invites you to relax and feel at home—as a non-smoking property, it offers a smoke-free atmosphere, though smoking is permitted on the inviting terrace. Of course, we provide free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet and in the outdoor area. A parking space is available right in front of the house. Please note that dogs and other pets are unfortunately not permitted. Our chalet is also perfectly suited to the needs of families with small children: a changing station, child-friendly tableware, and games are available for your use. For even more fun, visit the large shared playground at our neighboring farm, which is well-equipped with a climbing frame, slide, swing, and trampoline.

Whether it’s the picturesque hiking loop in the Bärnsee Nature Reserve or the many other destinations: nature lovers and explorers will find plenty to enjoy here. Munich and Salzburg are easily accessible by public transportation. In just a ten-minute drive, you’ll reach Lake Chiemsee, where you can take a boat tour to explore the islands with the royal castle or ride the Kampenwand aerial cableway up the mountain. Café Pauli, with its beer garden, is within walking distance—ideal for a snack or a cozy coffee break. Also nearby are the Moorbadeplatz and another natural swimming spot, both perfect for a swim.
