The apartment, located on the first floor and easily accessible by elevator, features a small outdoor entryway.
Once inside, you’ll find:
-THE LIVING ROOM, which captures the essence of the apartment—a true gem, modern and very bright thanks to the many windows that let you soak up the atmosphere of Ferrara.
There is a table for 6 people where you can enjoy meals with friends, a comfortable sofa bed, and a 43" 4K smart TV.
-THE KITCHEN, fully equipped and furnished with every convenience, including all the latest appliances such as an electric stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen scale, and electric kettle, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease.
The kitchen is also fully stocked with salt, pepper, oil, and sugar.
-THE FIRST SUITE, located on the first floor, is the perfect cozy retreat for the night.

-THE SECOND SUITE, situated on the loft and lit by two skylights, opens directly onto the living room and allows you to be swept away by the beauty of the space below.
