About this house rental
This well-located Harwich home continues to be a guest favorite for its comfort, layout, and proximity to some of the Cape’s most desirable destinations. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just off Route 28, the property offers easy access to both Chatham and Orleans, placing you minutes from beaches, golf, dining, shopping, and summer staples like the Cape Cod Baseball League. The nearby Wequassett Resort is just a short walk away, and local conservation trails provide a peaceful option for morning walks or afternoon exploration.
The home is designed with both relaxation and functionality in mind. A private backyard offers space to unwind after a day out, whether you're grilling, enjoying the outdoor shower, or simply relaxing on the deck. Inside, the first-floor primary suite includes a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, offering convenience and privacy.
The main living area features an open-concept kitchen and dining space, centered around an eat-in island that naturally brings everyone together. Just off the kitchen is a comfortable family room with a 50" TV, along with a separate reading room that provides a quieter space to recharge. A half bath is also located on the first floor.

Family friendly property in great condition. We felt right at home in Cape Cod in this property - the interior design was warm and inviting and beach themed. The kitchen was well equipped. There were many lovely seating areas inside that we made good use of - especially the sun room overlooking the backyard. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and not too far from the beaches (we went to Nauset Beach about 15 mins away which was lovely). The only observations - two of the bedroom air conditioners (upstairs) were not functioning properly (and needed a filter change) and so the bedrooms weren’t cooling enough (please note only the bedrooms have window unit air conditioners). The property entrance is a little hard to spot at night so a clearer marker would be helpful. All in all, we would recommend this property and would consider returning.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property over the 4th of July weekend. The location is incredibly convenient, situated perfectly on the Chatham/Harwich line. Being just a two-minute drive to the stunning shores of Pleasant Bay made it an ideal basecamp for early morning photography and catching the Cape Cod sunrises.The house was incredibly comfortable and served as the perfect home base for our family trip. After a long morning out on the water deep-sea fishing, it was fantastic to return to such a relaxing and well-appointed space. The kitchen was great, providing everything we needed to cook up our freshly caught striped bass fillets for a celebratory holiday dinner.The property was clean, exactly as described, and provided a fantastic, premium experience for our family. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful Cape Cod retreat with easy access to both the water and town. We would gladly stay here again!

I loved that there were several places to relax- sunroom, living room, basement and patio. I loved how it was decorated and I loved the location- quiet neighborhood near Chatham and Orleans! Hope to come back next year!
