Ideal for two families or grandparents, children, and grandchildren, this 110m² (floor area) attic apartment has been completely renovated and comprises three bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and a dormitory with four children's beds. The mattresses are new and of good quality. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, four-burner ceramic hob, toaster, and fridge-freezer. This kitchen opens directly onto the dining area with a beautiful wooden table, which flows into the living area with a TV. The apartment has two bathrooms with showers and two toilets (one separate and the other in a shared bathroom). For younger children, you will find a travel cot and a high chair. The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a 6-unit building. Ideally located in the village of Ax-les-Thermes, everything is within walking distance: shops, children's play areas, the thermal spa, the aerial cableway to the Ax 3 Domaines ski resort, and the tourist office.
