It’s located on a quiet street, free of traffic and noise, near Via Epomeo—a popular shopping street in Naples with many clothing and grocery stores. Behind our building is a large Coop supermarket, and there’s a pizzeria right downstairs.
In this area, you can park for free on the street or in a covered garage at rates that are more affordable than in the city center. You can leave your car here, and just 100 meters away you’ll find the metro/Circumflegrea stop, which takes you to the historic center in 6 minutes—from there, you can explore on foot.
About 1.5 km from the house, in Fuorigrotta, you’ll find the Maradona Stadium; the Mostra Fiera d’Oltremare; the Edenlandia amusement park, the Zoo, and the Oltremare Bowling Alley; the MED multiplex cinema; the Olympic-size swimming pool; and numerous beaches between Posillipo and Bagnoli.
The ruins of Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, and the islands of Procida, Ischia, and Capri are all easily accessible in less than 30 minutes.
