Room was nice except the toilet didn't flush, this was reported to the staff on our 1st full day but nothing was done about it. Except the cleaners left us a bucket !
Pool area really nice,
Access to the bus to get into Tirana
Bit of a mixed bag experience for us

Absolutely amazing from start to finish x you can not fault this hotel at all x I have travelled the world and if I could pick this hotel up and place it in my perfect location and live there for ever I would x the staff are amazing as well, like it is the best, it is shame it’s in Tirana and a major city, but it is what it is and if you have to stay there like me and transferring then you won’t be disappointed at all. I dare say if you stayed your entire time there wouldn’t be, as it’s out of this world this hotel, on such a level and I loved it so much x
