La stanza ha un arredo moderno ed essenziale. La camera da letto ha una strutturina per poter appendere indumenti, è presente un mini frigo ed un bollitore con due tazze. Il lavello del bagno si affaccia direttamente nella stanza da letto e poi ci sono, a parte, uno stanzino per il WC ed uno stanzino per la doccia che è spaziosa e comoda. Le porte che dividono questi due stanzini, sono di vetro satinato.
Le asciugamani vengono cambiate ogni giorno, tranne la domenica. Di solito, nei miei viaggi, non ho mai la necessità che si cambi quotidianamente la biancheria, però se tra le caratteristiche della stanza da me scelta a Faliraki esiste questa possibilità, noi non abbiamo capito perchè un giorno non ci è stato cambiato nulla (ed avevo disposto le asciugamani usate e bagnate del giorno prima, sul pavimento) ed un'altro giorno abbiamo trovato le lenzuola piegate sul cuscino come per dire "fatevelo voi se ne avete bisogno". Ci ha fatto ridere come cosa.
La signora delle pulizie è stata molto carina e simpatica con noi, però ecco, non abbiamo capito la logica di come e quando si cambia la biancheria.
La stanza necessita assolutamente di due comodini, di appendini ai lati del lavandino e di uno stendino.
Purttoppo abbiamo sia mandato una email al proprietario che non ci ha mai risposto e Dopo qualche giorno abbiamo chiamato al numero di telefono che la stanza indicava in caso di necessità, ed anche li non ci ha mai risposto o richiamato nessuno. La trovo una cosa molto spiacevole, perchè se davvero un'ospite ha bisogno di aiuto, chi è a capo della struttura è non curante. Questa è la cosa che reputo più grave di tutte.

The location is just amazing, 2 minutes from everywhere. room was ok, staff was very accomodative
there sre multiple minor issues, that can affect the stay. first of all the lights are living with their lives, they can turn on and off without anything. second one is humidity that you feel in the room. also cleanless was not top

This is a block of flats in an excellent location, close to everything yet in a quiet side street. Paloma is one side of the block, Atma is the other side. The room is modern, clean, you get an AC, a terrace with a table and chairs, a tv, a fridge and an electric cattle. The bed is definitely on the firm side, and we actually prefer that. You can walk to the beach in your swimsuit, basically. The staff was very nice, everyone had a friendly chat with us, the owner fixed some loose screws quickly, the cleaning lady put sunflowers on our table after she learnt that we are a couple.
So this building and its rooms feature some odd design choices, some are easy to tolerate, some are very difficult. There is quite some empty space in the rooms yet no decently-sized cabinet for your clothes. That's not too bad but rather odd. The lighting situation is quite confusing, we could not learn even after 5 days which switch does what. You get a kettle with two small coffee cups and small plates for instant coffee, maybe some tea, but that's it. There's nothing to prepare or consume any food, not a glass, not a plate, not even a spoon. Of course the town is full of lovely places for eating out, but let's say you'd love to have a nice breakfast on your lovely terrace, you'll be facing some logistic challenges. There is a huge curtain to shade the glass side of the room but the toilet next to it has no shades on the window and it has a glass door so you'll be awakened by the early sunlight however you try to avoid it. The bathroom door is built just a few centimetres outside the curb keeping in the water, so any water getting on the door will leak out in the room. I assume these are all things you can handle, even if not too classy. But the worst issue, and my only real complaint is the complete lack of soundproofing between the rooms. It's such a shame, the doors and windows are sealed so well, keeping the street noise outside wonderfully. And yet, you hear all your neighbours like they would be in your room. And you will hear them speak, run around, shower at 2AM, wake up at 4AM, you will hear them snoring through the whole night, using their toilet, for god's sake you will also hear them urinating. It could be such a perfect place and I would have given this accommodation 10/10, but this is a tough issue. And I know it's not the fault of the hosts, but it's just such a shame that they build modern buildings like this...

Det var veldig god beliggenhet og fin balkong. Fint og moderne. Personalet var alltid hyggelige og vi fikk sjekke inn to timer før tiden.
Følte det fortsatt var sand på gulvet fra tidligere gjest. Lå nære barene, hørte musikken godt, for noen er det foretrukket.
