Amazing place - highly recommend

Amazing place, perfect size, great instructions

Checkin said ‘house rules guide’ but didn’t say it was a video of how to get to the place - was quite hard to find so naming it “location, directions and house rules’ would have been better. Otherwise amazing

The WORST STAY I have ever had at a holiday accommodation

"STAY Short Lets" is TRAGICALLY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. Booked a two night stay with my family of four adults. The second night, returning from the beach around 18:00 we discovered that there was no running water to have a shower. I called customer service and reported it and I was told that a technician would come by to try to fix it around 20:30. Pointing out that 20:30 was late for the technician just to arrive, not counting the time it would take to fix, or the possibility of not being able to fix it altogether, therefore I requested to be transferred to another place with running water because all we needed after 6 hours at the beach, was to have a shower, some dinner and go to bed. And that would be impossible if the water failure wasn't fixed or if it was fixed after 22:00. Customer service responded that only if the technician failed to fix the failure would such a solution be considered. The technician FAILED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. Customer service did not call to inform me (although all communications up to that time were made over the phone) but I received an email at 21:34 stating that the were sorry that they could not resolve the situation! When I called them and REQUESTED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PLACE WITH RUNNING WATER so that we could shower and get some sleep they responded with just a "sorry ". THEY OFFERED NO SOLUTION. JUST A "SORRY"! We tried to get some sleep without having a shower (!) and we ended up showering at a public beach the following morning, after developing a skin rush (one member of the family) and checking out the following morning. No further communication from the company but from and email providing me with the check out instructions!! I PAID FOR OUR STAY IN ADVANCE, PROVIDED A 200 EURO GUARANTEE AS THE COMPANY DEMANDED , I signed all contracts and documents, I FOLLOWED ALL THE RULES, and THEY DID NOT PROVIDE RUNNING WATER TO SHOWER OR AN ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION.
