Great location, nicely decorated.
Wasn’t clear that parking was £45 a day, should probably be in the description. Some of the carpets were stained/dirty.

The location and security of the apartment. It is very close to the tube and also a good walking distance to some major attractions.
For a start we didn’t think it was ‘delux’ as advertised. In our opinion it is grossly overpriced. It cost us an astounding amount and it was meant to be a lovely holiday break before we returned to NZ. We felt that it was a basic apartment, shabby in places with scuffed walls and very stained carpet in the master bedroom. There was no dishwasher and only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom. We asked for new towels as the ones set out for us were small, thin and worn. The apartment wasn’t serviced until 5.30 pm, 1.5 hours after the check in time when we arrived. Nor was it serviced once in 9 nights, inc no new sheets or towels. Nothing was provided, no soap, shampoo etc and 2 ends of toilet rolls only, we had to provide what was reared ourselves. The plug in the bathroom handbasin was non existent and the water was very slow to drain away. There were light bulbs which didn’t work in the main bedroom, lounge and kitchen. There was only 1 in the kitchen which flickered. No bedside light in the second bedroom either. We had a response from management about the lights but the maintenance man who came couldn’t change the bulbs. We felt it was very poor.
The fact that there was a walk of about 700m with luggage to pick up the key only to be told rudely that the code was invalid so we had to ring management before entry (and then to find that the apartment hadn’t been serviced) to get a new code was unsatisfactory.

Large spacious apartment in a good location close to tube

The location was good. Pret just underneath. The kitchen and living room and bathroom were great and open plan.
The carpets were badly stained and dirty. The balcony’s had a very deep step to get onto them but no fault of the owner. There is no mirror to be able to plug a hairdryer in and style one’s hair. There is no full length mirror. A couple of the lamps weren’t working. No WiFi! It didn’t work, I did inform the owner twice but nothing was done.
