A fantastic location, well within walking distance of most places in Valencia you're likely to visit, and literally right around the corning from the main train station, and two different subway stops. The facility itself appears to be brand new, the room was clean, comfortable, and nice. When walking to it, it is easy to miss...keep an eye out for the ROUND 153 SIGN, and know that it is right behind a bus stop out front.
My biggest disappointment was that I had thought the listing noted laundry facilities in the room, and while some rooms might have them, mind most certainly did not...it was a bit of a let down. I also thought the room had a small kitchen as I had seen one in the listing photos...my room did not. It also had no windows...at least not that looked outside. All that said, I wouldn't hold any of this against the place. My stay was convenient, comfortable and without incident.
