Une horreur !!! Du coup, départ anticipé !!! UNE CHOSE EST SÛRE, NOUS NE REVIENDRONS PLUS

l'appartement était dans un état général très sale (lave-vaisselle très odorant avec présence de restes de nourriture à l'intérieur, filtre très sale, réservoir de sel collé et gras) donc force était de constater qu’il n’avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée (nous ne l'avons d'ailleurs pas utilisé de la semaine), carreaux des portes vitrées du salon + rideaux très sales, balcon non nettoyé, portes et plinthes sales dans le salon, prise électrique mal fixée et dangereuse en cas de contact direct (électrisation voire pire), table basse avec un pied qui ne tenait qu’à un fil, risquant de nous tomber dessus, les interrupteurs ne sont pas fixés au mur dans le salon, ce qui représente un réel danger (électrisation voire pire) !!!
De plus, le pêne de la poignée de porte de la chambre où ont dormi mes enfants était cassé et la porte s'est coincée de l’intérieur les bloquant dans la chambre, dans la chaleur, durant notre absence. Il a fallu rentrer rapidement pour leur ouvrir la porte car fort heureusement elle s'ouvrait de l'extérieur, cette situation est TOTALEMENT INACCEPTABLE !!!
Autre chose constatée : la porte de la salle de bains ne pouvait pas se fermer à clé et la porte des WC ne se fermait que de… l’extérieur !!??!!
Nous avons également constaté la présence d’un détecteur avertisseur autonome de fumée (DAAF) mais celui-ci était HORS SERVICE.
Celui-ci était en effet disposé au-dessus de l’armoire électrique qui elle aussi ne semblait pas aux normes électriques et il n’était pas pourvu de piles en état de fonctionnement donc il était TOTALEMENT inutilisable et ne pouvait pas nous prévenir en cas de présence éventuelle de fumée.
J’ajoute que de ce fait, les propriétaires pourraient se retrouver dans une situation très inconfortable, devant les tribunaux, en cas de réel cas avéré de départ de feu ou de dégagement de fumée avec présence de locataires saisonniers dans l’appartement (voir loi N°2010-238 du 9 mars 2010).
