The hotel is new and well-kept. Staff was welcoming and very accommodating. Beds very comfortable.
No fault of the hotel but roads leading to it still undergoing construction which they were very apologetic about. Staff don't show up til 9am so best to ask how to drop keys if you are leaving early. Really nothing negative about the hotel itself.

This place was amazing! Welcoming staff, great breakfast, perfect Kazbegi views and it was so clean! I will definitely recommend it to all of my friends. There is no restaurant at the hotel itself but there are enough options close by and you don't have to walk back into town to get a good meal.
All was perfect.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Residence Kazbegi! Everything was wonderful, from the incredibly comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast to the super friendly and helpful staff. And of course, the mountain views were simply breathtaking!
The hotel is located uphill, but in my opinion, that’s actually one of its biggest advantages! If you want to enjoy truly spectacular views of Kazbegi, staying higher up is definitely worth it. The views from the town center simply can’t compare to the beautiful panoramas you get from above.
For me, Residence Kazbegi is definitely one of the best choices in the area. Stunning views, excellent service, a cozy atmosphere, and great value for money.

It’s peaceful and also the view from the rooms is amazing.
There is no restaurant at the property. Apart from breakfast they don’t even serve coffee or a sandwich.
