I had a very pleasant stay at Serena Elegance Hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and professional throughout my visit, which made the overall experience very comfortable and welcoming.
The hotel’s location is another major advantage, with easy access to various important places and facilities, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The cleanliness and housekeeping standards were also very good, with the hotel maintained in a neat and hygienic condition.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would gladly recommend Serena Elegance Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, excellent hospitality, a convenient location, and good cleanliness standards.

Not a lot. Staff tried to be helpful.
Cold water, no hot. Mouldy walls and smell in rooms. No parking other than on busy holed street. Aircon didn't work after first hour.
