We anticipated a flawless stay, yet were met with some disappointment. We overcame and did enjoy the time we had.

The property was very comfortable in its appearance and function. The location was perfect for beach and entertainment purposes.

We had a few problems with the amenities that took some time to resolve. Unfortunately it caused some stress on our stay. Fortunately the management compensated for these distractions.

Totally unpleasantly not as we expected

Beach access

Dirty towel . Out dated , wrong info about lounge chair by the beach. Beach chairs and beach cart are falling apart. Very unfriendly staff does not give the right info about lounge chair by the beach Beach attendance is very rude and unfriendly.

Appliance and cleanliness issues

The grounds of the property were kept and beautiful. Enjoyed the bay and the view from the spacious deck. The lanai was nice to sit outside. The garage was stocked with wonderful chairs and fishing poles. The layout was nice

Upon arrival the towels were stained, dried melted candy in the dirty sheets, the secondary bedroom had soiled comforters, stained carpet and previous guests flip flops. Upon pulling out the sleeper sofa lots of dirt and food including chips were present. After stocking the fridge over a few days the fridge went bad-that happens! We contacted the management company and submitted our bank statement showing most not even close all of the food and drinks that had been purchased from multiple grocery stores to which they informed us they would only reimburse from itemized receipts and unfortunately we did not save every receipt and the trash had been picked up. The management company did send out a loaner mini fridge which the following day we woke up to all our food had gone bad again from the mini fridge not working. The management company also failed to notify the homeowners a new fridge was needed, so there was a delay in even getting a working fridge until our last day! Water heater was also an issue. It was only warm for the first shower then stayed cold. Management advised when this occurs they advised to turn the handle the opposite direction-which did not solve anything. We were told they’d reimburse some money back for being without a fridge. The said reimbursement was reportedly sent on 4/2 I reached out to inform them it had not been received they told me to check my account. 17 days later and still zero reimbursement!! The booking account shows no reimbursement whatsoever and I’m just getting the run around. We started our stay out washing dirty towels and sheets on our own dime to not be a bother I had of known our stay was going to transpire like this we would have left much sooner than a day earlier. I would also say unless you want to walk over 1.5 miles to anything I would reconsider this property

The property was very comfortable in its appearance and function. The location was perfect for beach and entertainment purposes.
