Good for a quick stopover

Extremely Disappointing - health and hygiene issues/ total waste of money

If I could rate this property with negative score I would definitely would rate them as -10. There is nothing to like about this property.

Extremely disappointing — health and hygiene concerns/total scam This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. The room was nothing like what was represented in the Booking.com listing. It was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photographs, much older, poorly maintained and not adequately clean. The most serious issue was the intolerable smell. There is a Taco Bell restaurant directly downstairs, and the strong smell from the restaurant/kitchen was coming directly into the room. Within just a few minutes of arriving, we developed headaches from the smell. It was so overwhelming that it was impossible to stay in the room. We left approximately 15 minutes after arriving and had to immediately book another accommodation at additional cost. To be very clear: this is not about being picky, expecting luxury, or disliking the style of the room. This is a matter of basic hygiene, cleanliness and health. The conditions were sufficiently bad that we experienced physical symptoms within minutes and could not reasonably remain in the room. We contacted the property and explained the situation, but they refused to provide a refund and would not acknowledge that the accommodation was materially different from what was advertised. The property should not be presented to guests in this condition without clearly disclosing the significant restaurant smell and the actual condition and size of the rooms. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. What was advertised and what we actually experienced were two very different things, and the response from the property when we raised these serious concerns was extremely disappointing.

Location was convenient.

The host was incredibly rude, failed to respond to queries, and was belligerent. Their overall attitude was so negative, it ruined the entire trip.

La struttura si trova a due passi dalla metro, vicina a Paddington; per motivi personali non mi sono mossa dall’aerea, e ho camminato a piedi, ed in totale tranquillità. Ed la stessa sensazione di tranquillità che ho ritrovato nella struttura; dove sono arrivata dopo una brutta esperienza. Mi sono sentita accolta e al sicuro. La stanza è confortevole nelle sue dimensioni; pulita e gli host accolgono con dei kit per la colazione di benvenuto. Qui ho trascorso due giorni che porterò sempre nel cuore.
