Podría ser un apartamento muy agradable si estuviera atendido, pero no lo está.

La ubicación, cerca de la playa. Las vistas desde la terraza. La zona de piscina, con varias piscinas, cesped y muchas sombras. El acceso a la playa a través de la zona de piscina.

Tengo que mencionar varios detalles que hacen que la estancia no haya sido buena y es por la desatención que la propietaria tiene sobre el apartamento. A pesar de que en anteriores comentarios de otros clientes ya hubieran puesto en su conocimiento algunos desperfectos, estos no se han solucionado: La alcachofa de la ducha está rota y lanza agua por la manguera. Un panel de cristal de la ducha está descolgado a punto de desprenderse y caer, lo que me parece hasta peligroso. La limpieza sigue siendo mediocre. Los utensilios de cocina siguen sin estar limpios. El tostador está muy sucio hasta el punto de dar asco introducir una rebanada de pan. El grifo de la cocina está casi obstruido, supongo que por la cal.

Nie polecam tego apartamentu, właścicielka niepomocna i kradną w nim. Kamery nie działają.

Atutem apartamentu jest lokalizacja, bliskość restauracji i supermarketu Mercadona oraz balkon z widokiem na morze. Przystanek autobusowy również jest blisko ( tuż za płotem). Na terenie obiektu są 3 duże baseny i 1 dla małych dzieci. Morze blisko, dno ma kamienie. Pomimo tego nie warto wynajmować apartamentu w budynku w którym kradną i kamery nie działają. Właścicielka nie zapewnia bezpieczeństwa swoim lokatorom. Jakości w apartamencie też nie ma. Wynajmowałam wiele apartamentów w Hiszpanii ale z takim brudem to się nie spotkałam. Właścicielka nie rozumie powagi sytuacji( dla niej brud to rzecz codzienna). Czajnik miał taki kamień jakby rok nie był czyszczony ( czajnik mi wymieniła, po mojej interwencji). Papier toaletowy był kiepskiej jakości, 3 osoby zużyły dwie rolki w 3 dni. Kupiłam lepszy i wystarczył jeden do końca naszego pobytu. Wynajmowałam wiele apartamentów od Hiszpanów, ale z taką sknerą, która żałuje gościom papieru i worków na śmieci, którzy przyjechali na 10 dni to się nie spotkałam. NIE POLECAM!!!!!

Nie polecam! Obiekt nie jest wart tej ceny!Jest tam brudno, pleśń oraz rdza w łazience i na garnkach ( jeśli ktoś dba o swoje zdrowie to wie czym grozi obcowanie w takich warunkach). Naczynia są brudne, szafki kuchenne wewnątrz i zewnątrz są brudne, w łazience uwalnia się nieprzyjemny zapach. Apartament jest mały, sofa do spania jest stara i niewygodna. W mieszkaniu są mrówki. Drzwi od garderoby są zepsute. Drzwi od prysznica są zepsute ( wypadają, jeśli ktoś jest z dziećmi to może dojść do niebezpiecznego wypadku). Ponadto właścicielka jest niemiła, niepomocna i nastawiona na zysk. Wynajmowałam od wielu Hiszpanów apartamenty ale z tak niskim zachowaniem ze strony osoby wynajmującej jeszcze się nie spotkałam. Jeśli ktoś uważa, że właścicielka jest miła, bo zada pytanie jak się czujesz czy poleci restaurację to nie powinien się wyrażać o niej w pozytywny sposób. Pierwszego dnia mojego pobytu zostawiłam na dwie godziny na korytarzu wózek plażowy składany z białą poduszką dziecka, woziłam w nim mojego syna. Jest to obiekt zamknięty, kamerowany więc nie uznałam , że tam kradną. Po dwóch godzinach wózka nie było, właścicielka w żaden sposób mi nie pomogła ( oprócz zdania, idź na policję i tyle w temacie). W Polsce jest to nie do pomyślenia, byłam tam sama z dziećmi więc potrzebowałam wózka, jak i pomocy ze strony właścicielki. Jest kłamcą, zataja przed nami prawdę o obiekcie. Przeprowadziłam rozmowę z Hiszpanami, którzy mieszkają w tym budynku i powiedzieli mi, że tu kradną (nawet deski do pływania dla dzieci). Poza tym budynek ma kamery, które nie działają. Właścicielka nie zapewnia bezpieczeństwa w tym budynku. Wejście do apartamentu jest na kod więc tym bardziej jest to niebezpieczne w takim budynku. Wszyscy znają kod? Wszyscy mogą wejść bez kluczy do obiektu zamkniętego? - według niej nie ma problemu. Policja w Hiszpanii nie pomogła mi. Właścicielka kłamała mnie, że ciągle dzwoni do zarządcy obiektu ale on nie odbiera ( słaba komunikacja między tymi ludźmi jest).
