Everything was clean, bed was amazing and super comfy. Aircon the whole night. You can refill you water bottle downstairs for free (best thing with 34°). Staff was always there for me and they booked the van for my next destination. Super nice people and the most important thing, everything was clean and bright.

Aircon very good in the female dorm. Premises bathroom, shower toilet nice and clean which is amazing for a dorm. The staff A+++ service highly recommend you stay here. Very close city location. Only 3.5 kilometres from the airport.

Hostel was clean, good location, aircon was working well
The staff speaks Chinese only, so they were not very helpful. They told me the towel was 10,000 KIP and the money was refundable once returned. However, it wasn't refundable when I returned it. Very disappointed.
