Comfortable, clean, quiet apartment in a great location. It has everything you need: TV, coffee maker, dining table, and microwave. The best features were undoubtedly the hot water, spotless towels, and Wi-Fi. I would like to change the mattresses; I don't think they're comfortable enough, at least not the ones on the single beds. I give it 4 stars.
We had a very pleasant stay. As minor suggestions to add to the comfort of future guests, we believe updating the mattresses on the single beds would really help with a good night's rest. It would also make arriving much easier if you could send a short video showing the entrance to the parking area. Lastly, it would be a great touch to have the flexibility to choose between a double bed or single beds in the second bedroom. Thank you for hosting us!

Very spacious, nice and clean apartment, equipped with everything that makes you feel at home. Good location, close to the lake and city centre. An underground garage is a great bonus during hot summer days. Easy communication with the host who appeared to be very helpful before and during our stay.
It was impossible to put single beds together to make a double bed. It doesn't matter if you travel as a family with children, but could be nice to have for two pairs of friends.

Andrea the host was great and spoke excellent English. we even got some washing done.
Lecco and its proximity to lake Como and Mandello.

Beautiful, spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, one large living and dining room, large kitchen. Super clean--on a level difficult to achieve at home;)! The kitchen is fully equipped--unusual for a holiday apartment, incl. coffee makers, pans, pots, etc. We cooked several times--with success;)! The supermarket is a few minutes away by food (Conad). An ice cream shop/gelateria/café is even closer, bakery two doors down. The bus stop is also just a few steps away, to a number of buses going downtown to the sights, or to the mountains, or to the clean beaches with clean water further north, in Abbadia Lariana. The bus will also bring you to the main train station--which you can also reach by foot, with a longer walk. It takes five minutes or less to walk to lake Como and the path along the lake to the old center of Lecco with a variety of restaurants and cafés, many affordable. At a café you can get a pizza for 3.50 EUR and a coffee for 2 EUR. With the ferry you can reach the other towns, including the beach in Abbadia. Check-in is easy. Wi-Fi connection is great.
Nothing. Of course, in the summer it is warm in Lecco and in the apartment, but we did not use the air-conditioning (to conserve energy, and because we felt it unnecessary), and instead turned on the fan and opened the windows. It is not super quiet in the mornings, when the windows are open--people need to go/drive to work!--but that did not bother us. - I would suggest adding two more standing fans to the one already there, so that there is one for each room, and one does not need to move them around during the day. There are great blinds on all windows: keep them down when the sun is up to keep the place cool. The lighting is also great.
