Location
For a while communication stopped, and it kind of ruined my time in naples, because we had agreed to a late check-in, but then the representative stopped replying for 3 hours and I wasn't sure if we'd be stranded without a room or not

Location was good. Room was okay.
Communication from the host was poor and came too late. They had to be prompted several times for answers to questions. There was conflicting information about a late check in which was quite stressful late at night.
