Apartamento decente con un anfitrión terrible
Es una zona muy residencial/tranquila (aunque se escucha todo de los vecinos, y en nuestro caso todas las mañanas y durante la noche, ladraban perros). Si lo que buscas es un sitio donde dormir y ducharte, es suficiente. Es muy luminoso, hay jabón, productos de limpieza, y vajilla y utensilios suficientes como para cocinar y comer 2 personas. Lo mejor creo que es el precio, ya que es bastante barato si lo comparamos con los ofertados a los alrededores.
Hasta el minuto antes de la hora del check-in el anfitrión no dio señales de vida y, en nuestro caso, estuvimos a punto de reservar otra cosa a la desesperada al no tener ni idea de como conseguir las llaves. La comunicación con el anfitrión es definitivamente lo peor, nunca contesta: ni antes ni durante ni despues de la estancia. Además, el número de telefono que aporta a booking lleva a un buzón de voz (y dejas un mensaje y tampoco te devuelve la llamada). Casi nos metemos en la casa del vecino, ya que se debería indicar que es el apartamento "A" que está a la altura del número 33, y no la puerta bajo el número 33.
En cuanto al apartamento, es más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos y como todo es una única habitación (solo el baño está separado) al usar la cocina todo coge olor a comida (aunque abras la puerta y la ventana), incluyendo la ropa ya que no hay armario. En su lugar hay unas estanterías algo destartaladas pero que por el momento siguen haciendo su función. El apartamento tiene en la parte superior muchos ventanucos que no tienen cortinas ni persianas, entrando luz por todas partes a partir de las 7 am, lo que hace incómodo seguir durmiendo. En la zona superior de la puerta de entrada, donde están parte de esos ventanucos, había telarañas, la silla y el plato de ducha tampoco estaban limpios cuando llegamos (incluso había pelos en la rejilla del desagüe de esta última! Y la alfombra para salir de la ducha la usamos con chanclas por si acaso).

La proximidad a la playa en coche es de 10 minutos
La aparición de cucarachas es lo de menos, y aunque no me dijeron nada sobre el parking gratis, tienes que aparcar donde puedas pero no en esa calle que es cortada y es imposible. La tele no sintonizó nada, de adorno, y un solo vaso en el ajuar, pero se agradece el poco rollo de papel higiénico que dejaron, llegó justo. Además de los ruidos por la noche. El colchón era grande y se podía dormir, una noche ha sido suficiente para no repetir pero aquellos que buscan lo económico les puede interesar. Una iluminación buena y excesiva, alguna lampara más tenue sería interesante.
