The room was good but there was a lot of noise from the railway crossing nearby.
Breakfast was good
Staff were ok
The underground lobby …The hooting noise from the trains passing by.
The black toilet fittings!☹️
It’s good idea to have white or light colour for toilet and wash basin.. so any dirt can be seen and cleaned.
The taps were also losing their golden sheen! Not so clean near the shower compartment.
Overall bathroom cleanliness needs looking into..

The rooms are spacious, clean & super comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with wide spread, live counters & friendly staff. We had a great experience staying here.
