Disappointing

The location was great, on a little cul-de-sac type square away from main roads. felt safe leaving the car parked outside.

This property is not well maintained. The electrics were dangerous ( low plug socket in the smaller bedroom coming off the wall - extremely dangerous for adults let alone children, the bathroom light nearly came off the ceiling - I had to push it up towards the ceiling when turning it on), there were extension cords everywhere - the owner needs to invest in an electrian to fit plugs sockets in the correct places. Apart from that this is what we found: 1. the shelf unit in the hallway was wobbly 2. the carpet was clearly not fitted by a professional. 3. the curtain pole at the top of the stairs also not fitted correctly. 4. the mirrored bedside tale in the smaller bedroom was cracked on the top - not safe for adults for children 5. one of the bedside tables in the bigger bedroom is falling apart 6. why on earth is there a ikean bestja unit in the bedroom wrapped up in a bin bag 7. the fitted sheet on the matress in the living room was stained - we took it off and found another one, 8. there was wet washing in the washing machine and damp washing in the drier. 9. stains on the sofa bed along with a cigarette burn 0, 10. marks all over the wall from scratches that need at least cleaning and possibly painting over. The flat could be great if effort was put into it. Also a job lot of fake flowers are littered everywhere - they are not needed, make the place safe first. Air conditioning does not include the ability to open the windows!

Bra familjeboende i lugnt område

Härligt läge i mycket lugnt område. Lägenheten var bra och välutrustad. Bra boende för en familj i bra område.

Allt var ok. Hade varit bra med ett par stolar till.
