I booked this property expecting to stay there, but after the host contacted me on WhatsApp, he offered me a completely different accommodation and started threatening me. This situation was unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable. I made my booking based on the original listing, and I believe guests deserve transparency, respect, and safety. I would not recommend this experience to others.

I liked the key only

Awful I did like anything you are a scammer . I paid £40 around I could stay in hotel with breakfast with that amount. But chose to stay with you a cosy room. What a cosy. I felt sick of the room dirty bed dirty pillows dirty towels. Used from previous guest . I hade to open my suitcase used my tsarist a a pillow covers and my jacket as a blanket noise all night, the fridge making noise like helicopters I hade to turn off. Just night mare I need my refund or I’ll never book from you again Thank you A cosy room? You having laugh

The price does not match the quality at all. I would not recommend this place unless you are extreme

My experience was very disappointing. Misleading photos: The pictures are taken with a wide-angle 0.5 lens to make the room look much bigger, but in reality it is extremely small and uncomfortable. Poor cleanliness: The studio was not total clean, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. There were no basic essentials like hand soap. Safety issue: I found an electrical socket hanging out of the wall with exposed wires, which can be very dangerous if someone touches it by accident. Inconvenient location: The studio is located on a very high floor, and you need to climb a lot of stairs with no elevator. Carrying luggage up and down is exhausting and very inconvenient. Parking problems: It is almost impossible to find a parking spot nearby because the street is always crowded. On top of that, the parking guardian in the area is quite rude. If you have bags, you will be completely exhausted going up and down the stairs just to reach the apartment. The fridge was turned off by default, so you need to switch it on and wait a long time until it gets cold before you can even put water inside. Strong unpleasant smell: The apartment was full of a very strong smell of incense and candles, which was suffocating and unbearable, especially since we suffer from allergies. We had to keep the window open for hours, but even after being away for 5 hours, the smell was still stuck to the walls, furniture, clothes, and bedding. Garbage left behind: We even found trash from the previous guests still inside the bin, which shows a clear lack of proper cleaning.
