Extraordinary, Spacious, Luxurious,Pristine!

This place is HIGHLY recommended! We had an amazing stay. The place is very clean and spacious for a family of three. They have all the basic amenities which made our stay more relaxing and comfortable, truly hotel-like! The minimalist interior design was well thought of which added charm and appeal to the whole place, inducing a sense of calm. We loved the whole place especially the living area and the bathroom. We are definitely booking this place again! :)

Uninhabitable and Worst accommodation provider ever.

The property was new and modern. But uninhabitable.

Worst accommodation experience I've ever encountered. My friend and I booked for 5 nights, she arrived 1 day earlier than me. No check in instructions were provided prior to arrival. She arrived to the complex and no one could confirm her booking. Called the number on the booking numerous times and no answer. She had to resort to booking another place to stay even though the payment had already gone through. The following day, we tried contacting the accommodation provider all day, check in was supposed to be 2pm and no room number and key code was sent until after 5pm after numerous calls. We are supposed to be sent all that information the day before arrival, not after arrival and chasing it up ourselves and panicking. Their excuse was that they were away on holiday. You can't operate a business like that. That was just the start of the worst. After long travels and just wanting to settle in, we discovered there were no basic amenities. NO towels to shower with, no bathmat, no toilet paper, no tea towels/ paper towel, not even bins in the apartment. After going out to buy towels to shower with, we discovered the shower didn't even have any water connected, so WE COULDN'T EVEN SHOWER! If all that wasn't enough, the pool area can only be used if you pay 150php to use. It doesn't come with apartment, so shouldn't be advertised. The accommodation provider is supposed to give you coupons if you want to use the pool. Completely unprofessional and ruined our holiday experience.

No towels. No toilet

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived after a long flight expecting the basic amenities clearly listed in the advertisement—towels, toilet paper, and trash disposal—but none of these were provided. When I contacted the owner, he casually told me “we don’t provide towels anymore because guests keep taking them.” Seriously? What kind of apartment doesn't provide towels? I was exhausted, looking forward to a shower, but couldn’t even dry off afterward. Absurd and misleading. To make things worse, the owner told me to “go to the pool and ask for towels.” I did—only to be told by security that no towels are provided because it’s a public pool, not a resort. When I called the owner back, hoping for a solution, he outright refused to help and dismissively told me to “go ahead and leave a bad review if you want.” So here it is: This place is falsely advertised, poorly managed, and the owner clearly doesn’t care about his guests. Avoid this listing at all costs—this guy shouldn’t be renting.
