Large room with comfortable beds. Quiet and perfect temperature. Good kitchen facilities. Nice TV with access to Netflix. Very clean. Very nice staff

It was as advertised.
There was Construction behind hotel that I didn't know about until 2 hours before i arrived which did kind of effect how i got to the parking area of hotel. The hotel did contact me via e mail but I was already en route and didn't realize it until I already tried to park and couldn't figure out how to get in there, so once we read the e mail it was fine. My only suggestion if I could have gotten the e mail the previous day or a few days earlier would have been nice to know. Also, making the reservations for the parking was kind of a pain. I requested a parking space 2-3 days before I checked in and I didn't know if I got it or not until the day I was in route. I was made aware parking was limited but I wasn't happy about the delay in knowing for sure. Once we got in there it was a really nice place to stay.

The room was clean
There are no elevators and you are at the mercy of the staff to bring your stuff to your room. We had to wait over and hour and a half on multiple occasions to receive our items. The center to see the tourist attractions are 20 min walk away all up hill. Around the hotel it’s a Main Street no restaurants and a good amount of homeless people. The parking is very low ceiling if you for you won’t be able to open your trunk properly.
