The complete lack of communication and the systematic refusal to issue the legal invoice for over a month have made this

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. > While the stay itself has concluded, the after-sales customer service has been non-existent. For over a month, I have been sending continuous messages requesting the formal invoice for my stay, which I need for business purposes. The host has completely ignored all my communication and has failed to provide this basic, legally required documentation. The complete lack of communication and refusal to issue an invoice makes this a highly unpleasant and frustrating experience. I do not recommend this property to any business traveler or anyone expecting standard professional accountability.

The smell of humidity is very strong and bad

Great location, nice area , clean.

The property was nice, its a cute apartment but the smell of humidity was very strong. We had to reserve because our flight was canceled so our options were limited. I didn’t pay attention to all the reviews about the bad smell. Once we arrived, we dropped off our bags and basically spent all day outside to avoid that smell. Even the bed linen was damp. We slept with the patio door and windows open too!

Worst booking.com experience

We left after 1 night out of 4 because the apartment was not habitable for us. The bedroom had very high humidity, the air felt damp, and the environment was uncomfortable to the point that sleeping there longer was not an option. This level of humidity can be a serious health issue, especially for people with asthma or other breathing problems. Other reviews mention the same issue, so this does not appear to be an isolated case. The apartment receives almost no natural light, as it is located facing an inner patio, which makes the space feel dark and unpleasant. The air conditioning was old, noisy, and barely worked, offering barely any warmth, which was a major issue as we stayed there in winter. The sofa was unstable and literally “bounced” when sitting on it. The only pan available was dirty and oily, so we did not use it. When we contacted the owner, they denied any problem, stating they had checked the apartment and found no humidity, and offered no solution. Booking.com customer service, on the other hand, was helpful and eventually granted us some credits on Booking.com, for which we are grateful — but this meant we had to pay double accommodation for overlapping bookings. This was an extreme case and the first time we have ever left an apartment early, as well as the first time we have ever left a negative review. I strongly recommend that future guests be cautious, especially regarding humidity and overall comfort.

Great location, nice area , clean.

The property was nice, its a cute apartment but the smell of humidity was very strong. We had to reserve because our flight was canceled so our options were limited.
