Great location, nice neighbourhood near to Alameda and not far from the main shopping/cathedral area. Clean and comfortable apartment.
Well equipped kitchen. Added bonus of washing machine. The apartment has a lift.
Had to use Intercom 24/7 to gain access to building and somebody buzzed us in. Not a big issue but I’d prefer to use a key and let myself in. The bathroom is not the most private - it would suit couples.

Lugar muy bien localizado, espacio muy acogedor y con instalaciones en buen estado y de calidad
La piscina hacia excesivo ruido cada cierto tiempo (supongo que era la depuradora), funcionando hasta la 1 de la mañana

El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y ha sido un imprescindible para pasar una ola de calor en Sevilla. La piscina, aunque es pequeña, es suficiente para refrescarse y estaba limpia. Para verano es un acierto. Muy limpio y bien decorado.
El sofá es bastante incómodo, al igual que las almohadas y el tema de las luces parece un scape room, saber qué interruptor apaga qué luz es complicado.
